Welcome to The LUMI Jewels. Please read our store policies carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Refund Policy

Returns or refunds are accepted if the product received is incorrect or arrives damaged.
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must show the parcel being opened from the beginning, with the shipping label visible.
Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [your email / WhatsApp / Instagram DM]. Include your order ID and unboxing video.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Once the return is approved and the item is received, an eligible replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
If you request a return for a reason not covered by our return conditions, return shipping and other applicable delivery charges will be your responsibility, subject to applicable law.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Products showing signs of use, wear, or exposure to water or perfume are not eligible for return under our policy, except where required by applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at [your contact details] with your order ID.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to payment provider processing times.

We offer delivery across India.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Minor variations in size, texture, or finish may occur between production batches and do not automatically indicate a defect.

Our jewellery is designed to resist tarnishing and discolouration with proper care and normal use.
The longevity of the finish depends on factors such as skin chemistry, sweat, humidity, and exposure to water, perfume, and other products.
Anti-tarnish does not mean tarnish-proof. Damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the recommended care instructions may not be covered.
